Having read some reviews that it was a little tired, my expectations weren't high, but I was really pleasantly surprised. My room decor didn't feel tired at all! The building is beautiful, really charming. And I really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Loved hearing the water feature in the courtyard. I thought it would keep me awake, but it lulled me to sleep. The whole atmosphere of the hotel and grounds was tranquil and I can genuinely say I came away refreshed! (And that's despite it being a really busy weekend with a wedding party etc.) I loved my stay, and I will definitely go back again. Thank you.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The Spa and pool were fabulous, very relaxing and calming and not busy. The restaurant meals in the evening were wonderful, they must have a great chef. The grounds around the hotel are beautiful and well kept and the location is great for exploring that area. Most of all the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is ideal for a relaxing and quiet get away. All staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are great, spa can be busy on times, breakfast is plentiful with a good selection. Rooms are cosy & comfortable & clean.

Stayed in the mountain room 32 - it was spotlessly clean. Beautiful room, very quiet. No complaints. The staff where excellent, friendly, chatty and very accommodating. Had a lovely breakfast on both days. Spa - spotlessly clean great amenities loved the pool and steam room. Had a beautiful back, neck and shoulder massage. The facial I received was the best I have ever had. It was worth the money. Highly recommend. All in all a really pleasant stay and will most definitely be back.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Rajesh, whose kindness, approachability, and exceptional customer care went far beyond our expectations. He made us feel so comfortable and valued throughout our stay. We also want to mention Stephanie, who was incredibly helpful and thoughtful when recommending a local hike. Thanks to her suggestion, we discovered a beautiful spot with stunning views that became one of the highlights of our trip. The spa facilities were incredible, the pool was spotless, beautifully kept, and very inviting, and the food was consistently good. The whole atmosphere was calming and beautiful — the perfect location to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we are truly grateful for the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Highly recommended

The facilities (spa side) were good. Unfortunately due to the heavy rain there were a lot of leaks from the roof both pool side and ladies changing rooms. Would like to point at the staff friendliness on the arrival and bar. Really kind and approachable.

The property is gorgeous in a lovely location. Beautiful surroundings As a vegan who struggles to find vegan food in places. They have a great range of vegan food, there plant based meatballs are great! And we had breakfast included, was worried there wouldn’t be much of an option. But almond milk and oat milk was available. And they had some options for vegans on the buffet.

An Unforgettable Stay at Cert Bleddyn Hotel & Spa! We had the most incredible experience at Cert Bleddyn Hotel & Spa and truly cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and care. A special thank you to Liz at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Upon hearing about our recent engagement, she surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade — such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made our visit even more special. We also want to give a huge shoutout to Raj, the manager, who ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and personal attention really stood out and made us feel like valued guests. The hotel itself is stunning — peaceful, luxurious, and immaculate. The spa was the perfect place to unwind, and every part of our visit felt like a celebration. We’ll never forget this stay and are already planning to return. Have had a brilliant weekend away with a friend, we were both in next of what turned into a wellness retreat. Used the gym in the morning, went for a hike over Symonds Yat in the afternoon and relaxed in the hot tub in the evening. The staff create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. We are ready to rebook
